Helen is focused on her love of floristry and working with brides to make their wedding day all the more special. Helen mostly uses seasonal and local flowers, to ensure freshness. Varieties she favours include roses, orchids, tulips, peony roses, David Austin roses and garden roses. Her most popular bouquets consist of roses, lilies and orchids, and are styled in posies or trail bouquets. Despite the popularity of that combination, Helen makes sure that no bouquet ever looks the same as another.
